We provide almost free tracked shipping to most countries. All orders are dispatched from our warehouses within a business day of recieving the order. We will email or Sent message you a tracking number, usually the day after your order has been placed. Please allow us 2 to3 business days for your product to be delivered.

At Formulas, we stand behind the quality of our goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement for the purchase price of the item(s).

To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).

Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or replacement within 4 to 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
